If you have been thinking about making your own bread at home this is your chance to learn along side me in my kitchen! I will share with you everything I have learned over the last 3 years of making sourdough bread that is actually healthy for you! no sticky white bread wrapped in plastic over here! eh-em. 

Once you learn my framework you will be creating beautiful loaves literally overnight. 

The best part about bread making is the community, a deepened sense of inspiration and support.

My love for helping people began long ago at the age of five. I always felt my best contribution to life was to be a helper whether it be to my parents or my community. 

My passion for creating beautiful bread stems from seeing life through a lens that is focused on seeing the beauty that is available to us. 

Bread is art. It can and should be beautiful and EASY. 

Throwing on an apron and my thinking cap + recipe building has transformed into a mission to help others celebrate the experience of nutrient dense bread with their own hands in their own kitchen. 

Over the last three years I have been inspired by the simple ingredients of flour and water to create amazing and healthy bread.

What can you expect?

ONE

A full four hours of instruction, hands-on dough time with every step covered. eight hours each day of comprehensive, hands-on workshopping. You will get a deep dive into all of my preparation routines including tips you won't learn anywhere else. 

TWO

I will help you create your own schedule baed on your lifestyle to make bread on a daily or weekly basis. 

THREE

you will receive a starter, jar, instructions and care guide, a mini workbook, a loaf to bake in your kitchen the next day. you will go home with a loaf to enjoy with your dinner, compliments of yours truly. 

FOUR

a wonderful light lunch served under the ironwood tree - think warm sourdough focaccia right from the oven and a warm cup of tea or refreshing beverage. 

Let’s talk workshop ingredients

Do i need to have any baking experience?

You don't need to have any experience with baking or bread making, we will start from super scratch! 

Will there be food provided?

Let’s just say I’m about to blow your mind with the most amazing sourdough focaccia you've ever had + yes, you will get the recipe for it, too! No need to pack any goodies or supplies, as I will have everything you need ready for you. If you have a favorite apron, bring it along for the journey! 

If i don’t own all the tools, can i still attend?

No matter where you are along your journey, you are welcome. The doors are open and your dough is waiting. You can slowly become associated with the tools I use so you can collect them overtime. 

How many people will be attending?

A maximum of 8 attendees. This will allow me to give individual training as we work through the value packed agenda.

Can i share photos from the workshop?

Absolutely! The images you collect from our time together are all yours. You can share them on social media or message them to your friends.
